Strength & Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning classes are tailored to enhance overall strength, power, and fitness. Our sessions are divided into upper and lower body workouts, with exercises carefully selected to optimize results. We prioritize inclusivity, offering substitutions and modifications to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or have varying abilities and strengths, our goal is to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome from each session.
Skills & WOD
Skills and Conditioning classes offer an excellent opportunity to acquire new skills and refine techniques. Originally designed to prepare our athletes for CrossFit competitions, we've observed that our everyday athletes also benefit greatly from these sessions, prompting their integration into our regular schedule. Each session begins with a targeted skill segment tailored for both beginners and advanced participants. We conclude with a CXT-style workout aimed at enhancing overall strength, power, and fitness levels.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a versatile workout suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, allowing participants to work at their own pace. This method alternates between periods of intense exertion and rest, typically dictated by specific time intervals. Our standard HIIT sessions incorporate circuit training or interval training, both of which are highly effective approaches for enhancing overall fitness levels.
Coach's Choice
The Coach’s Choice classes offer a dynamic experience tailored by the Coach on the day. The Coach selects the workout and its format according to their discretion. Typically, these sessions consist of thirty to forty minutes of diverse full-body exercises integrating elements of strength, power, and conditioning. However, the exact workout remains a surprise until you attend the session, known only to the trainer.
