Concise X Training is not a “one size fits all” kind of service. We not only offer a range of classes and workout regimes, but above all, we provide a safe and encouraging space for clients of any age and fitness level.
At Concise X Training, we don’t believe in quick fixes. The reality is that shortcuts will just lead you right back to where you started. So when you come to CXT we want you to ask yourself what you’re willing to do to achieve your fitness goals. Whether it be implementing a small healthy eating habit into your day, fitting an extra physical activity into your busy week or simply working on forming a healthier routine, any small step that leads you closer to your goal is a positive one!
We’re not asking you to take these steps alone. Our founders Hannah and Vinny have over 20 years of combined experience in the fitness industry and they know how to get you there. Over the years they’ve run countless boot camps, created successful fitness events, competed in CrossFit and bodybuilding competitions, and have helped hundreds of clients realise their health and fitness potential.
We have created CXT’s very own training method, which combines the best of Bootcamp, HIIT, Cross Training, Bodybuilding and Powerlifting, in order to maximise results in our classes and personalised programs. CXT offers a wide range of training experiences: from one-on-one personal training sessions and a variety of group fitness classes to our signature 9 Week Challenge.
