Concise X Training

Concise X Training was founded by the husband and wife team Vinny and Hannah Silulu. So yes, when they say you’ll be treated like family, they really mean it! They are also CXT’s key trainers, and together they have over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Besides their qualifications, both have a life-long passion for health and fitness. They know that the journey of achieving health and fitness goals is not just a physical journey, it’s a mental journey too. Hannah and Vinny are committed to creating a motivational training environment that supports their members and carries on into other aspects of their lives, to help build a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

All Personal Training sessions are specific to the client’s goals and our classes cover all aspects of fitness.
